AUTHOR GUIDELINES

International Journal of Humanities in Technical Education is a biannual refereed journal i.e. in January and July.
Intimation of Acceptance/Non acceptance: Authors will be intimated by e-mail within three months of receipt of the article/research paper.
Submission of article/research paper: Authors are requested to submit the papers in MS word format by email attachment to ijhte2014@gmail.com.
Title: A brief phrase describing the content of the article/research paper.
Length of the article/research paper: 8-10 pages including endnotes, list of works-cited/references.
Font: Times New Roman, Size:12 for main body content and 14 for headings. Avoid unnecessary and excessive use of bold and italics.
Line spacing: Double spaced, all justified.
Abstract: Not more than 150 words, it should be informative and completely self-explanatory.
Key Words: Maximum5-10 words.
Style Manual: Strictly follow thelatest MLA style manual.
Abbreviation: Use only standard abbreviations; all non-standard abbreviations are to be introduced in the parentheses.
Non-English terms: In italics with diacritical marks.
Tables/Charts/Diagram: Each table/chart/diagram should be designed to be as simple as possible. Tables should be prepared in Microsoft Word. Graphics should be prepared using applications capable of generating high resolution GIF, TIFF, JPEG or PowerPoint before pasting in the Microsoft Word manuscript file.
Figure Legends: Figure legendsshould be typed in numerical order on a separate sheet. Use Arabic numerals to designate figures and upper case letters for their parts (e.g. Figure 1).
Reviews: The reviews, of books and language software, should conform to the thrust area and/or the specific themed issue of journal. Reviews should be written within 3-5 pages only.
Plagiarism: Observe academic and intellectual honesty.Only authors are responsible for any violation of copy right contents used in their articles/research paper without acknowledging the original source.
Biographical Information: Institutional affiliation, position, discipline and major research interests.
Charges: IJHTE does not charge any procedural/editorial fees from the contributors of the papers.
